Kelsey has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years. Despite the growing awareness and popularity of strength training, many women still face societal pressures and misconceptions that discourage them from lifting weights.

Her goal as a trainer has always been to show women they can love their bodies and to work on them without the expense of their social life or relationship with food and exercise. As a trainer, she wishes to empower women to break free from these outdated stereotypes and embrace training as an essential part of their lifestyles.
