George has been in the fitness industry for almost 7 years. Initially, he was a group class instructor for about 4 years.

He transitioned in to personal training to continue refining his skills as a fitness professional. He believes that this mode of training allows him to foster deeper connections with his clients as well as achieve greater outcomes when it comes to health and wellness.

Training has become an integral part of his life, and he wishes to share the wisdom and mindset he’s learned throughout the years with his clients. He believes that fitness shouldn’t mainly encompass the physical aspect. It should be about our journey of personal development.

Qualifications:

  • AASFP Advance Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate

  • Kettlebell Lifting Lvl 1 & 2 (Gorilla Strong)

  • Movement Optimisation Lvl 1 & 2 (Rehab-u)
