With over ten years of coaching experience, Bryan has worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to elite athletes and rehabilitation clients. A former competitive athlete, he represented Hong Kong in the Asian Functional Fitness Championships, which provides him with unique insights into high-level performance and training. Bryan is a proud father and has experience working with teenagers, focusing on their unique needs and development. His training philosophy centers on the idea that movement is medicine; he prioritizes safety, proper technique, and sustainable practices to ensure long-term success. By specializing in weightlifting variations, functional movement efficiency, and muscle-building strategies, he empowers clients to enhance their metabolic health and reach their fitness goals.
